[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
MG, I haven't been around much in the last few days, and you've gotten a lot of good advice and sympathy already -- but I just want to note that you're a damned hero. Seriously.
The C situation is awful, and I wish to hell it could've worked out differently for everyone. But even in the end, the fact remains that you've been willing to go much farther than a lot of people would to make things right for all these kids, your own as well as others'. C isn't in a position to understand or appreciate it now, but at some point in the future, I hope she'll count you as one of the people who made a difference for her, if only for a while.

That outfit looks adorable. And those boots! But do you know if they'll show her feet in the pic? I ask only because I am still reeling from a childhood trauma in which the clever little applique of a painters' palette on my dress was too low to show up in the picture OH NOES!!1!
And I would hate for Em to go through that.
