writing a letter regarding the tickets is most likely to be responded to with a "well ok" than a "no". That is how I've had my last two non-delinquent parking tickets dismissed.
Really? Okay then. I have the PO Box address for disputes and I'll type up a letter. If it worked for you, and you live on a hellmouth, it just might work for me.
1 x 1 went well. Since I called out sick the last two days, I wasn't sure it would. Yay for no ugly surprises.
I hope that it's good medical information, and I hope nobody ever has to use it.
This. So very much. I've stayed away from the full breakdown of the ruling in SD because I haven't been in the best of moods as it is. I'd only seen a comic somewhere that hinted about rape/incest cases not being handled as special issues.
My hellmouth has its perks.
I can think of one "House-like" reason that won't work?
NOTADOC: How far along are you?
PATIENT: Um...
I'm feeling sorry for myself.
Just ate lunch. Again. After having two breakfasts and a morning snack.
Sick of steroids. Got two more weeks to go on them. Blech.
My hellmouth has its perks.
Hmmm...I wonder if we can get a hot vampire to come out of the hellmouth and play with us in May.
Ok, is there a rule for tipping a stylist when you end up rendering first aid to her?
I ask this because at my usual once a year, trim off a couple inches so I don't end up accidentally tucking my hair in my pants when I'm getting dressed, at a place where the cut itself costs $11, I usually give $1. This time, I went to a nice salon. Total bill was
$39.64
including purchase of an anti-frizz product by Aveda. The stylist wasn't one recommended by a website specially for curly hair, but she has a mini-specialty of dealing with curly hair, and did a splendid job with mine. It looks terrific, all bouncy and cute. Complementary scalp massage, which felt marvelous, was included. She also braided the long hair before chopping it so I could keep it, as I requested. And as I said, I love my hair.
She snipped off a nice chunk of skin from her knuckle while working on my hair. And wanted to just slap a glove over her bandaid, which had already gotten saturated with blood, so she could keep cutting my hair. I looked at her wound and said, "Oh, no. You need to sit down for a few minutes and apply pressure." I hopped up and sat her down in the chair, and got some tissues and held it for about five minutes. Then when I could see the bleeding had stopped, she got another bandage and glove, and we switched places again, to finish the haircut.
I went with $5. When I go back, and I will, do I need to add more to make up for being stingy, or do I ease up on the tip?
I've never been on steroids so I don't know but how hard is it to deny the cravings, vw? I'm not judging or anything, like at all, I'm just wondering. And I'm sorry you're down, hon.
but how hard is it to deny the cravings, vw?
I did really well till yesterday. Then all hell broke loose. I was hoping today would be better. But, I'm at school with a plethora of coffee shops, food court and vending machines. My little lunch and snacks I brought just didn't do the trick.
I'll try again tomorrow.
