In other news, but still allowing me to complain about stuff, Harpoon Brewery is apparantly launching a new beer (which I can't find anywhere on the web, but I got an email as a Friend of Harpoon) that is a Rasberry Hefenweizen. Ghastly or intriguing sounding? I am leaning toward ghastly.

well, it depends. If it's a hefewizen with a raspberry finish, then it could be fine. If it tastes like hefenwizen with raspberry syrup added, that's bad.

Great! there's a big hole in the ground, with lots of cheery yellow contruction equipment. They are starting to shore up the sides of the hole, and they have replaced the windows in the building that is being renovated. If anyone is curious, the website is here
