I could squeeze you until you popped like warm champagne, and you'd beg me to hurt you just a little bit more.

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Ignorance was bliss!
In my world, bliss = cheese. We'll hope your ignorance was a little lighter on the dairy.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Jen! How's things?

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Ignorance was bliss! I did what I could and tried not to worry about it.

That strikes me as wise. (And its what I assumed you would do)

Tell the truth though -- did you ever find yourself thinking, "hmmm... this tastes a little too good"?

love's a dream you enter though I shake and shake and shake you

Billytea! Things are pretty darn good, really, though I desperately wish I were back in Costa Rica right now.

Trudy, there was a delectable empanada thing that almost certainly had fresh cheese in it, but I learned to cope.

I can't even.

I am trying *so hard* to convince myself to do something, like my dishes or my homework or to just put gel in my hair. Boy, is nothing compelling. Except sitting here and refreshing b.org and my friendslist, over and over...

My day was like that too. I did a couple of loads of laundry, and other than that, my huge accomplishment was to shower and walk to the Starbucks at the end of the block. I also called my mother but they had guests (my parents are so much better at the "look, people!" part of being sociable), so she'll have to call me back.

And hey, look. I posted in Bitches. Unlike the complete previous thread, as I mentioned to Cass in lj today.

Mmmm.

I have finished my dishes. Okay, I need one more task done. That isn't to say I haven't accomplished anything else, I made some delicious milky tea that is making me really happy.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I actually cleaned my apartment today. Not company-clean, but clean enough for my purposes. I did not work out, which is very shameful. However, I'll be meeting Maidengurl and K-Bug for dinner soon, so that's a Good Thing.

Hi!

I made some delicious milky tea that is making me really happy.

I just made a pot of tea for that hit of routine comfort.

Um, what else I got? Y'know, Bill Murray's What's so funny 'bout Peace, Love and Understanding makes me really appreciate Elvis Costello's. I need to try this now with Bill's More than this versus Brian Ferry's.

How do you feel about Scarlett's "Brass in Pocket"?
