And almost sixty-five percent of that was actual compliment. Is that a personal best?

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Oh Jen.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Jen--I wish you healing and strength.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Oh, that skirt looks fabulous. I just wish there were some way to find out if it's actually a full circle skirt. It doesn't quite look like a crinoline could comfortably fit underneath it.

I just got back from a coffee break with my oldest friend -- all the way from the summer before high school. We were chatting and gossiping, and as it turns out she met Kristin a couple of months ago at a party in LA. She's now mildly bummed that she met another Buffista without knowing it.

Also, she said that Kristin looked very pretty that night and seemed really sweet and smart and like an excellent match for Drew, and that all the gossip among the theatre folks who know him in LA is about how ridiculously happy he is lately (aside from the horrid work stress, but everyone takes that as a given for Drew).

Oh, shit, Jen, I'm so sorry for the frivolous cross-post. All the -ma I've got to you, and a candle in your name this Sunday. I'm so sorry.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I don't know if it could take a crinoline, but I looked at it and liked it for me but decided it needed your personality to pull it off. It reminded me a bit of the skirt you were wearing when I met you. The pattern is totally different, but the mood of it is the same.

{{{Cass}}} I'm so sorry that you have had so much sadness to deal with lately.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Oh, Jen, I'm so sorry. Is there anything any of us could do/send/whatever that would help?

Awwww! Thanks for sharing this, sweetie. You completely made my day. What's the first name of the friend, if you don't mind me asking? I'd like to try to figure out who she was.
