WindSparrow, not sure if you think this is hoakey, but you may find it useful.

Spike's Bitches 29: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Jub, very interesting link. I do not really know how to answer too many of their questions, I wonder if I can find someone to answer them for me.
P.S. I dont remember seeing you here before. Hi!
P.P.S. With Daniel's help, I got it to tell me I had an oval face.
if you want to go shorter -- I liked the one you linked to -- I'd say keep the bangs long - mine hit my lips if pulled straight and angle down toward the back . Your hairdresser should be able to tell if you hair will go back or forward ( cowlicks can frell things up). long layers keep things from getting poofy - or foofy ( my friend is vietnamese - she learned a new word from me). keeping the "bangs" longer means as it grows out , it is easier to pull them back if need be. Actually - if my hair starts tangeling a lot - or getting foofy - it is tiem to get a cut NOW - usually 6 to 8 months after a hair cut.
when a cut is good - flip head over , shake, and everythign looks good
before I forget -- Hi jubsews!
Cool website, jubsews! It didn't tell me anything I didn't know, but I thought they way they determined it was the best way I've seen of explaining why and how in a long time.
Betsy, www.curlygirl.com is a music website.
Hi, All.
Yeah, I had to keep getting up and running over to the mirror, back to the computer, back to the mirror to double check and then finally answering the questions. I liked the explanations as well, though.
The best haircut I've ever recieved was when I went in, told my hairdresser how short I was willing to go as a sort of framework, but otherwise told her to go crazy, use her best judgement and make me pretty. It worked out surprisingly well.
Hi jubsews.
Welcome jubsews!
Much ~ma for your Aunt's recovery Sail. I know you'll feel better after you see her.
Imma go watch some House before I fall asleep. My backlog of unwatched tv is enough to go through many a summer rerun season.
Betsy, I did find the DevaChan Salon website that sells the Deva Curl products, and the book, Curly Girl. Kewlness.
