The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I get a good bit of feedback from ff.net, I'd hate to just yank the stories, because there's no way to tell people why.

I feel much the same way about ff.net (or, as some people have taken to calling it, 'The Pit of Voles'). I look at it as a necessary evil, especially since I don't have my own site, and my fandoms are diverse enough that there really isn't any other archive that will take the whole megillah.

I was amazed at how many stories there are for anime. I had no idea that was such a huge thing. The only anime I've seen that doesn't make me want to throw things at the wall is "Vampire Princess Miyu." My anime experience is very thin, though. The story-telling conventions grate on my nerves.

Sure there is. Try Glass Onion: they take *everything*, well, except RPS/RPF. I think. Haven't checked the FAQ there for a while.

Yes, and the crap-to-good-stuff ratio is appalling.

I'll give Glass Onion another look. I've posted some Buffyverse stuff there, but I hadn't seen any anime things posted, so I didn't even think of that as an option.

Silverlake will also take everything.

Thanks, Plei. Do you have a URL for the place handy?

It's not an auto-archive, but [link]

Merci beaucoup. I've bookmarked it for later perusal. Now, back to writing.

It's probably a wee premature of an announcement, but I'd just like to say that twoladiesofquality.com is an up and going concern, a website of my very own without popups and which I have (pretty much) complete power over. Our very own Deena helped me with the graphics, and if I tell people it's out there it'll kick me in the butt to get everything migrated.

I feel so big league.
