I like happiness, too. I'm a hard sell on happy Spike/Xander, though, because my conception of Xander has some issues, not the least of which are related to his treatment of vampires.

Actually, about the only words with meaning right now are "ice cream" and "handcuffs", but I think on regular days, the above make sense.

I don't like Xander as a person, but I love him as a character. If I had my way, ME would have many Very Special Episodes centering around him and his issues.

I love Xander as a person, and think he has been horribly wasted as a character. He's just so damn *angry* and I think they've avoided that. And do not get me started on the waste of Xander that was 'Hell's Belles'.
