Y'all see the man hanging out of the spaceship with the really big gun? Now I'm not saying you weren't easy to find. It was kinda out of our way, and he didn't want to come in the first place. Man's lookin' to kill some folk. So really it's his will y'all should worry about thwarting.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

I think it took me four hours to sort out what I wanted and what I was willing to write for Yuletide. Whew.

I have realized that because of the way I signed up, I could end up with some, er, interesting pairings. The question is, would I rather go back and go through the whole rigamarole again, or just live with the risk of getting stuck writing, to choose an obviously not-real example, Oz/Gunn/Harmony?

I mean, at least that'd be a funny story to tell later.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

Oz/Gunn/Harmony?

My brain is melting.

Of course, the thing I'm writing has a serious Justine/Oz vibe, and I have no idea where that came from.

Oh, yeah. I realized that as I was almost done signing up, and had to go back and redo quite a few fandoms. But then I got tired and lazy, so I might still end up with something entertaining.

I mean, what's the chance someone would have asked for one of the really crazy ones, right?

...maybe I should go back and redo it.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I'm bummed out Robin of Sherwood didn't make it as an obscure fandom. Sigh.

I wasn't gonna sign up anyway, because I'm crap at challenges and creative assignments.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I requested three very, very different fandoms (one mediocre crime show, one manga series, one supernatural thriller). I'll be very interested to see which one gets written.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Are you sure, Suela? I thought I saw it. They've been having problems with the fandoms list, so be sure to check the actual signup form rather than relying on that page.

Not that you're going to sign up. ;-)
