Mal: Cut it out. Job's not done until we're back on Serenity. Zoe: Sorry, sir. Didn't mean to enjoy the moment.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Someone on a list I was on posted a Powerpuff Girls crossover once. I want to say it was Smallville, but I definitely remember it being hysterical.

I once read a Buffy/The Tick crossover. Long before the live-action version of The Tick, soo.

Wonder where that was...

Dana, didn't you say you were reading Stargate nowadays? Because there's some great slash out there.... *grin*

You and Destina are fiendish pimps.

The problem is really that I don't take Stargate very seriously. And while I certainly find various J/D NC-17 stories amusing (among other things), it wouldn't really be very helpful for me to link to shalott and Anna and Destina. Because the rest of the fandom pretty much has that covered.

Ah, but PolyRecs pulls in people from other fandoms, too. It's like CV that way: I read stuff from PolyRecs that I wouldn't even think to read otherwise, because I trust your judgment.

I mean, I wouldn't go looking for, say, Good Omens stories; but if you put up a rec for one, I might read it. That sort of thing.

Not to put any pressure on you, or anything. (But if you were to rec SG, I'd urge you to look at Otter, Tripoli, and Salieri's stuff. As well as Katie M.'s.)

with a gleam in my eye, and an almost airtight alibi

I would so happily read a PPG/SV crossover, it's not even funny.

And then I'd have a list of stories for which the description read "Jack and Daniel have sex. A lot. And then I giggled."

If I had any idea where to find that Powerpuff Girls thing, I would. But I can't even tell you if it was ClarkLexFic or Glass Onion or if it was even Smallville. I thought it might be Jane Mailander, but I don't think she's got a webpage, and it was probably some silly one-off.

t blinks And this differs from other fandoms how?

Hee. Just pulling your leg, and I don't mean to put any pressure on you. I will not pimp, I won't.

See me not pimping here.

Really.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

New Poly Recs! Fab! Am still working my way through your vast and fabulous list - bless you both.

Yahtzee just knocks my socks off. Lemony Snicket-Edward Scissorhands crossover. FABulous.

...aaaand now I'm curious about the Powerpuff Girls crossover too. I read Samurai Jack fanfic over on Silverlake that was rather good, but PPG, not yet.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Oh dear lord. Part one of a Mulder/Mike Logan (L&O) mpreg just hit my inbox. Can I bear to read it? Can I bear not to?
