Willow: Were there dolphins? Tara: Yes. Many dolphins at the pound. Willow: Was there a camel? Tara: There was the front of a camel. A half-camel.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

This should be a tagline. Or at the very least a stated aim.

Well, I haven't changed my tag in a while, come to think of it...

Can any of you crack-pushers point me towards Lex/Victoria fic?

Hmm. Might do...

Realistic Expectations, by Bexless -- has some good young Lex and Victoria.

Deliver, by Livia -- sort of a triangle-y Clark/Lex/Victoria thing.

And that's as close as I can get for now.

Thanks, shirft. I'd already found Bexless's story, but the Livia one is new to me.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Dropping in to pimp this, Angel/Lindsey twisted and dark and...

Huh. I need a smoke.

Now.

BTW, on a general-trends-in-fandom note, is Spike/Fred getting more popular in a wider outside-Buffistas way? I've just had a request to archive Afterglow on a new Spred site-- which is a nice, but a slight surprise.

Yes. Well, sites are popping up and all.

Not a heck of a lot more of it being written--yet.

It's all pre-rush anticipation.

(Mine, drat it, is still the best, because it doesn't take itself seriously.)

Yeah, I can see that people are expecting more ships of certain kinds. I'm not sure if I'm happy to have started before the rush, or annoyed that not only the facts of the story but also the character interactions are going to be completely Jossed.

And yeah, Buttery is still the funniest and the best-looking one I've seen.

I like to talk about politics with people that agree with me, and I like high class places.

Putting in yet another request for some quality B/X. Can I get a witness?

Dana - Sep 30, 2003 9:49:48 am PDT #6272 of 10000
I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

You can get a witness, honey, but there just isn't that much good stuff out there for that pairing that I've seen.

Hmm. One section of Kyra's Five Futures Full of Alcohol and Sex qualifies.

P.S., if one does find some, and one is a member of BBF, please do rec it there, because drat it, it needs variety, and good recs, and just because there was an influx of meh recs, doesn't mean it has to be that way, and, err...

Yeah.

There are reasons why I'm pleading. Honest.

I've been working on a song about the difference between analogy and metaphor.

A.J. Hall has posted the sequel to Lust Over Pendle.
