Laura Shapiro was the first vidder I ever watched. She's incredible. But she took her vids down from the public page, after a vid-stealing fandom scandal; I think that if you email her with the promise that you won't steal or redistribute her vids against her knowledge, she'll give you directions to the password-protected site.

I think so. All my vids are at the home computer and I have mind like a sieve. It's the one with the refrain, "The future is coming on", showing transformation of each characters through the seasons. Kind of sad and creepy and wonderful all at the same time. Great vid.

I'm *incredibly* excited. Or, y'know. Yesterday after finally getting my parents to sign off on it I was ecstatic. This kind of happy is like being on drugs, like constant shocks of pleasure through my body.

But now *her* parents who had been behind it all along have suddenly decided they don't want to do it. Now we're working on them. (And I'm kind of going, Man, you can't do that, three days before I'm going to visit you, reverse what you'd been saying for months. I already took time off work, told everybody I'd be going, I'd almost bought the ticket. ... Meep.)

I just read the Muppet fic and Herself's fic in one big gulp. My brain is spinning. Amazing stuff. I loved, loved, loved Herself's story.

I don't think I understand the "het" part of that position intuitively-- but it sounds very intriguing. Would you like to articulate it further?
