I should know better than to skip past the spoiler warnings on fic. Unfortunately, the bit of JennyO's new fic I read has combined with the hints about changes I've seen...and I'm afraid. (Of course, I don't know how much of the fic is what'll happen, but still...I'm an idiot)

Fan Fiction: Writers, Readers, and Enablers
This thread is for fanfic recs, links, and discussion, but not for actual posting of fanfic.
I'll probably forget anything potentially spoiler anyway. But stuff that happens in the story is not much I'd be annoyed with. "Buffy and Angel did not provide enough angst for the universe." Heh. Or something like that.
I posted to PPO, so probably shouldn't also put it here....but, uh, I wrote some SV fic, posted to my LJ.

Yay! Deena, I'll check in the morrow.
Okay, re: JennyO. She's as spoiled as me, and hints get through in both of our shit, but unless we spell it out, you ain't gonna know it until you see it, because it's gonna be hella vague. Err. I think.
At least, what I've read of hers, which is everything pre-holiday, was hella could be read unspoiled. IJS.
That last story of hers I read is tremendously spoilery. I'm not touching anything else new of hers till after the season is over.
Just read it. Yep. (About the story, not the grey day, which I am not certain how I feel about.)
Though a HEAPING ASSLOAD of speculation in it.
I'm not sure I get what that site's supposed to be about, Dana. What's special about 5/19?
Signed,

People are going to take down their sites on 5/19 as ...not really a protest but to make a point about all the various types of theft that are going on in fandom.
Bandwidth, clips from vids, photomanips, unauthorized distrubution of vids--including handing them out to actors of a show, but also putting them up on personal sites without permission or credit.
The big excuse that keeps coming up is "I didn't know it was wrong." Which is pissing people off.
As I have no idea how to take down my site without it being a buttload of hassle, I think I shall plead "I'm just a tiny blip on the radar, irrelevant to the larger thing, so just ignore me."
