Am, I loved that one and I didn't even notice it was you.
I'm not really a huge ships person. I mean, there are some *specific* pairings that don't interest me, like Buffy/Giles, but in general, keep them in character and give me a plot, and I'm happy.

That day, I set up filters.
Oh I had to clear off my friends list. I'd scroll back 200+ posts and be caught up on, like, the past hour. When it takes you hours to read the day, you have too many people on your list.

It's only bad on the rare days when I have a life. But if I'm in a hurry, I can view by certain groupings, which is handy in a pinch. (Want Smallville recs? Use that group! Looking for popsnark? Use the Bitchy!Filter).
It's like tivo for my blog.

See that's how I was when I first got my LJ. I added everyone who added me. But then when I started posting my fic in my LJ, well, I have over 200 people who have friended me. I just couldn't keep up.
So far, I know everyone on my list. I bet it doesn't stay that way, though....
