There's dark, and then there's roseveare. Who takes dark, decides to dim the lights, and then perhaps add a coating of matte-black paint to everything.
And yet still... she does it with love. She tortures with intent. And sometimes, esp. in her Birthdayverse series, with the occasional dapple of light through the gloom.
I Big Freaking *HEART* her stuff.
Roseveare, incidentally, is currently looking for people interested in writing Angelverse Crossover fics. She fancies Howl's Moving Castle and Dark Angel herself, but that leaves the board clear for, oh, say The Avengers or Sailor Moon or Farscape or Blake's 7 or Sandman or Smallville or any damn thing you can think of, really. It's a multiverse quest idea. Could be fun...

Don't think you'd be able to incorporate Angelus - it's all supposed to tie together into one story arc, which does prescribe the characters/which season they're drawn from, and presently it's looking like AtS late Season 2/early Season 3. More Cordy & Wes-centric.
But, by all means, do do do produce Emma Peel fic. Any Emma Peel fic. With Angelus would be cool - leather trousers-arama.
I think I may have to do that. Going to be a busy week for writing, but I have to percolate this one. Too much fun, as an idea. Emma, Carnaby Street, Twiggy, Angelus perhaps, and certainly Ethan Rayne, getting into severe trouble and dragging Rupert with him....

Thanks for the Roseveare sequel link Plei. I read, and loved, Burning down, but didn't realize there was a sequel already.
