I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Isaac? Ooookay....

There were rumors of some Dana/Sam stuff on a yahoogroup, but I haven't gone looking for it yet.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Isaac? Ooookay....

Well, just in case.

Jeremy, Sam, etc. are all fair game. Hmm. Time to seek out SNH.

I've never read SNH.

I've been working on a song about the difference between analogy and metaphor.

Dana het stuff ...? I don't suppose Dana/f would do?

I'm not sure I've even read Dana/m.

Think I'm gonna have to.

My Sam-Oost has renewed vigor. (Just watched the last Sam episode last night.)

Whoo! I dance the dance of victory.

I did actually consider writing Dana/Casey for a while, but it got too oogy.

Dana/Casey just feels wrong.

Sam, on the other hand.

It wasn't that it was wrong for thematic reasons. It was that it could easily become a little too Mary Sue, you know what I'm saying?

Ah!

See, that would happen if I wrote, say, Dan/Rebecca, maybe.

But not Casey/Any female.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Jilli? I've got to admit that I've not read much in the HP fandom outwith LoP and Fearless Diva. I mean, I've read some, but not extensively. Um. And teacher/pupil is kind of an issue for me, for obvious reasons, even with both people over the age of consent. I mean, in the real world age gaps don't squick me, if people are grown ups. But I feel kind of antsy about HP. But I can understand that Snape/GrownUpHermione could totally have a MrKnightley/Emma thing going on. Or, you know, MrRochester/FeistyJaneEyreWithABrainTheSizeOfManhattan.

(My other issue is that I totally identify Hermione with my baby sister. [That pic especially - just the epitome of my overachieving wee sister, bless her. Only WeeSisterJay is blonde.)

I don't think I can promise you Snape/Hermione, but I'll try to get back to Snape at some point - maybe Snape/Lily, maybe just Grumpy!Snape. 'Cause he's fun.

Does anyone know if there's any good Dead Zone fic out there, incidentally? I'd quite like to read stories about whatchamacallim, the cop. The chap who married John Smith's fiancee. I like him, and his character's situation interests me a lot. (I'm all about the peripheral characters, baby.)
