Okay, NOT panicking.
Don't Panic, Fay. If there's no direct link between your RL name and your fic, you're fine.
This thread is for fanfic recs, links, and discussion, but not for actual posting of fanfic.

Nope, still no link. Cool.
Since it's Sooooo much more fun than essay writing, I've just checked out the Grima/Eowyn Steph mentioned. Unremarkable stuff - not good, but not dreadful, despite a couple of misuses of antiquated terms and a baffling decision to overlook the whole The Ring Is Evil thing, and indeed the whole The Ring Makes You Invisible thing. I mean, we're not talking Clark in prison for MP3 theft. But - not good, I'm afraid, in terms of characterisation or plausibility - she accepts Grima's hand in marriage, he doesn't make any moves on her, she eventually realises he's not such a bad sort, Rohan thrives, she shags him, they have a son, they live happily ever after. It's fair enough, it just doesn't seem to have very much to do with Eowyn or Grima or Tolkien's One Ring.
Damn it, I'm going to HAVE to write Grima. He's far too interesting to be languishing all unwrittenabout.
Not finding it on the Stories page. Is there a web link yet?
RL, if you mean the Grima/Eowyn, it's here .
Don't say I didn't warn you. It's not painfully bad or anything, but it's insipid, in need of a beta and bears little relation to the text of book or film - AU not only in its ending, but also in key points such as Ring = BadAssUltimateEvil and Ring = Invisible-making. It reads like generic Sword and Sorcery fic, with the names of LotR characters startlingly grafted onto it.
eta I take back the 'happily ever after', though. She lives bitterly ever after. Presumably without orgasms.
There's a kickass Zoe story just posted to the GlassOnion list, by northlight. it's called "Of History". I'd put up a link but it's not on the list archive (yet).
Sveta's legs blasted to nothing before it was all over. Gary reassigned and lost to time and space. Darcy married a nice boy from her home world and pretended not to recognize Zoe and Mal, years later, at a farmer's market at the edge of the 'verse.Every now and then, they locked themselves away and drank to old friends.
Good stuff.
I think that cover is pretty damned cool.
RL is the shiznit when it comes to covers. She's done a few for me.
Ooh! Pwetty cover, RL.
