Dude Where's My Car
Yes, but that was about the sociopolitical deconstructivist gestalt assigned by the Neo-Dude Film movement to this subgenre. Right?
Totally on topic, dude.
This thread is for fanfic recs, links, and discussion, but not for actual posting of fanfic.

Jennifer-Oksana, spoilery for what happens to Lilah. I think I need to put up a shrine to Jennifer-Oksana.
She's to blame for that F/W I wrote last night...
Heh. I think she's also to blame for the L/W I posted. And for the L/W 5 Things.
Crap. My muse seems to be a ficcer.
I so wish I could do public mourning of Lilah in my tag, but then all the spoiler people would be annoyed. Rightfully so, I know, but gosh, every now and then I just want to wail LILAA-AH!
Sad.
PSST!!! Connie...
This isn't NAFDA. Please edit or whitefont.

Wow. Oh, that was lovely and right.
This isn't NAFDA
Whups. Thanks.
Pretty much, yeah. It's a losing battle, at least in my segments of fandom. If you want to be in on the conversations, it's almost necessary to have an LJ.
Does *everyone* have one of these now?
It's out of control. People told me that they didn't go to my website to read my blog because they, like, had to go to a whole new site, and stuff!
t sigh
I finally caved and got a livejournal back in February. I was starting to feel extremely cut off from most of my fandoms. Left out.
I still think Livejournal is to online journaling software as AOL is to ISPs, but that's where most of the good fannish discussions are these days.
Dude, all the Kewl Kidz have LJs. (Shudders) It's a thing. I used to have two of them, but I deleted the personal one when I realized I only used the fic one.
(Though it does lead to the weird "oh dear lord, all my feedback this week came from COMMENTS" paradigm shift. If you are pathetic and feedback obsessed. Which, at times, I can be.)
(For I am shallow and needy.)
(You see.)
