Seriously, it's hard to find people who can skillfully construct areas of the Jossverse that we haven't seen, or aspects of the characters we haven't experienced. You're so good at that.
Well, I was asked (through agent) if I wanted to write a couple of Buffy/Angel novelisations for - who was it, Pocket? Fawcett? Someone, anyway. They sent me the guidelines. I took a long look.
Pass-a-dena. I can't write canon, alas. But let me have a crack at adding an original character (as opposed to merely putting words into someone else's existing character) and I'm up for it.

Well, I didn't keep them, but I could see if my agent still had them (they were electronic). Since my agent is, like, the Buffyfreak of All Agents, she likely might. Besides, another writer she represents has done a few of these.
Oh I was just curious about them. For years, I've been toying with the idea of trying to write one. Then again, I have no representation and am unsure if I want to open that can of worms now that I've sealed it so nicely shut.

My webhost managed to delete all of my domain databases. Cute of them.
I'm disabling the posting interface and search engine until further notice. Please use the quicksearch function to find stories until I'm able to restore the database.
Looks like they're making shrift's life hell. I suspect I might have to re-upload the story once poor shrift gets everything restored.

Gleep. Well, if she needs reloads, I'll do mine. Though, on the good side, this may clean out some of the, well, less sterling things that have appeared.
Oh, I shouldn't be a snob, they've got more chutzpah than I ever had, posting things that could really use a couple of more good goings-over.
She said the latest backup was from earlier today, so it would really only be the most recent stories that would be an issue.
