The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I want a multi-fandom con that encompasses all forms of fan creativity, not just slash or het or gen, but everything. With panels on vidding and fic and reccing and the beta process and OTP and the influence of blogging on fandom and all sorts of other stuff. Want.

Yup. I'd love to see one that includes not just live-action TV and film, but anime as well.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

If Fay wants one in Britain, there are certainly places at which to hold it. How much does it cost to rent the indoor arena at Wembley for a weekend?

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Rather more, I fear, than a student teacher with no financial safety net can afford.

I bop to Wittgenstein. -- Nutty

Just have to do some fundraising, then. Spread the word far enough. Get people from all over Britian and the odd one from overseas. You could do it.

What Am said. And if it's in the south of England, I'll stay at my sister's flat in Bromley and take the train in. Gives me a glorious excuse to do a bit of research in Cornwall (I'm seriously considering making the fourth book in this series based on the song Lucy Wan and setting the ghost story in a ship's chandlery in Cornwall).

I like this fundraising idea, if you're serious.

Just posted the first part of new fic in Bitchy.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Deb, if you have the chance, do upload the entirety of your finished fic to BFA so you can share it with the rest of the fandom. And then post the link here, yes?

Um - Rebecca posted the link to "The Pensioner" (the original one) as a single word document, in Bitchy; lemme find it. But I don't know if that's where you mean?

Dana - Feb 25, 2003 2:36:27 pm PST #3750 of 10000
I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Deb, if you like, I can upload The Pensioner for you. The place Suela's talking about is a Buffy and Angel archive that shrift runs.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Hey, I know Camille from when we were both on Genie. She really is very cool. (And local to Philly as I remember.)
