Because the scene with Hold On does that to me every single time.
By that scene, he was curled in a ball laughing helplessly ("They know the harmony!"). The scene that broke him was "I'm sorry, I don't think I understand you, LeAnn. One hole or two?"
I watched Punch-Drunk Love again this evening and ever since the world has slightly, kinda taken its shape. I love when that happens.
I just watched
Babel.
What a waste of time. A sublime combination of boring AND pointless.
agreed, P-C. though Adriana Barraza deserves her Oscar nom. she was wonderful.
The funniest part of
Harold & Kumar
is putting in the disc and Not pressing Play.
I thought because
Harold and Kumar
was a surprisingly hilarious stoner comedy, I would find
Super Troopers
entertaining.
I was wrong.
OK now that is odd. I laughed my ass off at
Super Troopers
but I found
Harold & Kumar
just ok.
Very strange. A friend of mine really loves
Super Troopers,
so I just gave it a try, and I didn't find it funny at all. Maybe because I didn't really care about the characters, whereas Kal Penn and John Cho make their characters fun and likable.
Hey P-C it's nice to "chat" with you. I'm lagaratica on ym if you want to chat more.
Unfortunately I don't have much else to say about
Harold & Kumar
or
Super Troopers.
Not even the "meow" scene?
