Buffista Movies 5: Development Hell
A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.
We understand -- kind of -- that there is a class of moviegoer that will be charmed by pictures revolving around the antics of dogs, horses, or sassy kangaroos. And I wonder what's the deal with black guys in fat-maternal-figure drag. Their target audiences seem to love it. There's probably a sociology study in there.

He totally nailed that Sci-Fi list.
The rest of his site is pretty freakin' hysterical too, although it helps to be a gamer. "I Want a Real War Sim" had me laughing like a drain.
evil jimi - thanks for the link. That is a great site.
Last year, there was a Hugo Award category for Best Website. This year, LA Con IV decided to go with Best Interactive Videogame instead. Too bad. I would've nominated that site.
