I would be there right now.

Oh, yeah. Never have I seen a critic go so fanboy! If I didn't love that show so much myself, I'd call him a punk-assed bitch, probably.(probably just in my head...I'd hate for our e-correspondence to turn so ugly. He thinks I'm clever cause our obsessions match.) But, all the same he sounds about one pixel from writing "Tim Goodman- Simon" in his notebook. But is that something about me, or the culture right now that his love is more awkward to me than Stephanie Zacherek's movie reviews of what sucked out loud this week? Maybe it's like Colin Firth said in "Fever Pitch": Adults aren't supposed to be mad about anything. What do y'all think? And he may be trying to save the show through passion itself, something to which I can't relate(cough) The Wire likes carrots.(Cough)

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Wait, didn't the HBO Channel thread get created?

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Just what I've been wondering.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Are we topic-nannying now? That's kinda new.

Always Anti-fascist!

Hey... I mentioned a movie. I call it vaguely on topic.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I'd call it not so much nannying as politely reminding at this phase.

Let me put it this way: over there lies a virgin topic, spreading its metaphorical legs with a saucy smile on its virtual lips and a gleam in its photonic eyes, while we're over here plowing the same tired old farrow.

Hmmm, farrow is really not the same thing as furrow, which is what I was trying for. However, I think I'll let it stand for now....

I've not been into the premium channel thread, but I figured they both knew it was there, therefore reminding isn't exactly the word.

Topic drift. Happens. All the time here. If it's going to start being a problem, the landscape is definitely shifting.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Go Raq!

Anyone else looking forward to Hollywoodland? I am a sucker for Old Hollywood stuff. I hope it is good, I have been avoiding reviews, since I knew I was seeing it no matter what.
