I'm not liking this day. My head hurts and a customer has called 5 times to ask for help that I don't even know if we can provide, but I do know there's no customer support over the phone. Sigh.

IOextreamlyimportantN, my cat is driving me crazy. I was trying to have lunch/watch TV/nap, but could not due to excessive meowing. The minute I started doing the dishes, he stopped. I thought he wanted stinky food. Or outside. No, he wanted me to clean house. I'm sorry, but criticism for housekeeping from one who sheds but does not vacuum, unacceptable
