Yep. Half way through I am enjoying muchly. Despite encouragement by DH's pool league to join them for Valentine's Day I am sitting here until it is over.

There is an overload of Valentine crud in my house and it all centers around the teens. Bleh. So not in the mood for all the mushy stuff.

SA, in my experience coughing with no phlegm tends to be bronchitis. I had that a month ago. Got anti-bs from my doc, but he recommended Mucinex for an expectorant. fwiw

ou know, I talked to her on the phone about an hour ago, and her cough *did* sound kind of bronchitis-y. Hmm.

You will excuse me if I withhold my excitement. I suppose it's a good thing I'm going to the doc on Thursday.

(When I say we, I mean Other People, because that stuff is disgusting and painful to drink. And not in the sort-of fun way, like tequila.)

Damn, I missed House again. At least I got to listen to some great Mozart and Chopin as a replacement.

Yup. There's a group throught the UW Hospital and they even went on a week long retreat for ALS folks last month in Minnesota. The local support group sounds really good; Tim was impressed that many of the members were people who had lost family to the disease but stayed in the group. I think it will be a very good resource for him and his family.

Em's already way more knowledgeable than I was when I was TWENTY!

ION, I may have to have a " I know DH's job is good, but I can still be less than thrilled with it " Bitch party. I wonder how many of my female friends can be spontanous enough to just show up with about 24- 48 hours notice? ( um, yes that includes youse guys)
