Wash: Well, I wash my hands of it. It's a hopeless case. I'll read a nice poem at the funeral. Something with imagery. Zoe: You could lock the door and keep the power-hungry maniac at bay. Wash: Oh, no, I'm starting to like this poetry idea now. Here lies my beloved Zoe, my autumn flower, somewhat less attractive now she's all corpsified and gross...

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Just heard back from my Abnormal Psych prof. He's letting me take the test I missed yesterday on Friday. This means Friday will be very stressful (three exams), but I'm very appreciative.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Wow. That's good, though, vw. I like it when professors are humans.

I can't miss any more class this semester, after taking yesterday off. But boy do I want to.

Yeah, me too. It sure makes life easier.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

My temp is up to 102 today. I have called my professors to tell them I won’t be going to class today, and the one with the exam is going to let me make it up! I head back to the doctor’s in a few.

Thanks, Katie. I have had uti’s my whole life. I am more prone to them because of my disability. I have been downing cranberry juice like mad I didn’t know about the bee propolis extract though. I will look into it. Since I am still running a fever today though, I do need to see my doctor, because otherwise it will easily lead to a kidney infection, which I also have experience with.

You're welcome, of course! And I agree that chills and a fever are antibiotic requiring.

If you do get a chance to lay in some propolis, (and you have no bee allergies!), I'd be interested to hear your results. You really need to take it at the first twinge. I'm sure you already know this, but cranberry concentrate...the stuff that nearly causes you to implode is the best...no sugar or caffiene either. Both feed the wee nasty beasties.

Good luck with the doc and may you have the quickest easing of symptoms evah.

Good luck, sj! I'm glad your prof will let you make up the exam. Feel better soon!

Now tagless for your comfort.

sj, quick-recovery-ma for you. I HATEHATEHATE UTI's. A lot.

I bought Owen a Little Tikes Climb & Slide Castle for the playroom and he's in love with it. He keeps sliding down the slide head first.
