It's all about choices, Faith. The ones we make, and the ones we don't. Oh, and the consequences. Those are always fun.

Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I have white wine but killing the whole bottle would be unwise for just me, right?
That spongy, planty thing keeping the bottle shut? It can be used to close the bottle after opening as well. IJS. And snarking, but I'm 'fista, what do you expect.

I have talked to a variety of people from Champ Car and NASCAR in the past couple of days and I keep thinking of you every time I do.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Work stuff. Research. Also talked to Toyota racing folks and have a voice mail right now from Chevy racing folks.

Nicest by far was the Champ Car guy.

Not if you cork it. Actually next day? It can usually survive corkless, IME.

But investing in vacuvins are always a good thing as well.

Awww, I like when my favorite guys are the nicest. It's all comforting when they are just total asses.

I'm guessing the TRD guys are talking about getting into Nascar next year. Which should be fun as the first "UnAm" engine. Not that they are any less American then the others these days, but it's a matter of perception.

Well, Toyota's been in NASCAR for 2 years already, in the Craftsman Truck series. And, one of the reasons was to get across the Made in America message because all their trucks are made in US plants.

This is my company, so I expect the reasons I'm calling all these people will be somewhat apparent:

Ah yes, I recall lusting after your job before.

I just went to record something Nascar-ish and it was a Steven Segal movie instead. That's harsh, man. Like Jager shots harsh.
