Thanks,
Gotta go now. Stuff to do and all that.
'Time Bomb'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Thanks,
Gotta go now. Stuff to do and all that.

So, here it is 10:45 on a Sunday night and I'm at work. I've worked about 20 hours this weekend on a project that is due 2/17. I still have a shitload to do on it, but I think/hope I can make the deadline.
Then, around 8 tonight, the owner emails me "edits" for another project that's due 2/14. In the world where edits=complete rewrite=at least 25 hours worth of work.
I feel like I need to curl up and cry.
When the Fairness Fairy comes to straighten out the world? She's got a lot of explaining to do to you, Gud.
Granted the bitch is way the hell late.
Puppykats... [link]Their website seems to imply that this is a good thing? Though I miss my puppycat right now.
{{{{{Trudy}}}}} That is just awful.
Oh, Trudy, I'm sorry. What is it about close relatives like that going so close together (Gram and her remaining sister did the same thing--we repurposed the memorial to be duel, as we're a practical lot)? I think you're on to something with the idea that your Aunt took your grandma and said, "C'mon, we've got Things to Do."
I did, indeed, get down to see Cass! Who must move to Portland very soon, so she is only a day trip away.
We made MUCH better time on the way home, on account of fewer stops. Lillian slept for most of it--the Cass family were fairly correct in assuming she'd conk out the moment we were in the car.
Cashmere makes good humans.
Trudy, I'm so sorry. My thoughts are with you and your family.
I was strong. Plus I fell asleep. Much harder to make an ass of myself that way.
I've never drunk dialled. But judging from my inbox, I have e-mailed under the influence of medication. They need to write that on the bottles.
Trudy, I'm so sorry to hear about what you and your family are going through. I hope you get through this as peacefully as possible.
Cashmere makes good humans.Pot. Kettle.
I have organized all of my Portland info and am now transferring info to the new address book I bought at Powell's (from yesterday's trip when I actually followed my "no buying til you finish even one of the six books I brought up here" rule) while the pretty wee candle I bought at Illuminations (flavor: Fresh Air) is flickering pretty. If I had remembered to bring the smaller iPod speaker dock? I would have the ideal travelling set-up here. Quite content. And totally in love with this city.
Cass, any chance you will be in Portland again the first week in March? Maybe we can road trip when I am in Seattle in a few weeks.
