ooh, salon day!
I am going to try to be productive at work today.
'Selfless'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I'm glad Matt's mom is doing better.
I woke up this morning with a case of the crankies that would make Gregory House blink bemusedly. However, my coworkers are dragging me out at lunch for seafood, and that may help.
Morning all. I'm back in the USA after twelve/thirteen hours of travel. Boy am I tired, and it is freaking COLD in this country.
Thank you all for your great stories about post-grad life. I really don't know what I want to do yet or where I want to do it, but I really appreciate all your encouragement and suggestions.
There are tons and tons online. All of them pointed me toward Portland.
Hee. I just did the "Find your Spot" quiz (paging M. Porny Pants), and got...Portland!
If I hadn't known for a long time that Portland would be good for me (Powell's alone), I'd suspect the town fathers of paying for some results a la the Ohio presidential election.
Welcome back, SA!
Welcome back, SA!
I just did my little tutoring speech in a Research Methods. I have to do it again at 11:30am. I think people may actually come to me this year. We'll see... But, come next week, I could be a very busy little beaver.
I need guests to come so I have someone to cook for, having people to feed inspires me.

I have no school today.
I need to be working on homework, which I will soon.
I also need to decide whether I want to take advantage of a really good deal to go home over President's Day weekend.
Thanks for the welcome homes. :)
So I did the find your spot thing. Top four suggestions:
Hartford, CT Providence, RI Portland, OR Boston, MA
Connecticut? Really?
Providence and Portland are always at the top of my list, so I suspect that we have similar quiz answers. I echo your Connecticut?
huh, Hartford. If there are any city fathers trying to get their name on these things, it would be Hartford.
Hartford is in a pickle. It needs more young people with disposable income to infuse the city with life, but since it sucks right now, professionals aren't gonna do that.
I would advise not considering Hartford.
Boston, on the other hand...
