Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired.

That is all accomplished. I know I don't have the ability to quilt. Way too time consuming for me. I was very impressed when I saw the work you had done up close in person. Ya got the mad quilting skillz.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Go, Fay!

Go, vw!

Good luck today, Cass. I'll be thinking of you.

Much health~ma to Laura's son.

I slept from 6:30 to noon, which is good but not helpful in my being productive today. Right now I am trying to figure out how to get what I need at the market back into my apartment, without me having to do all the carrying.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Ugh...DH and I went on a cleaning binge this morning, and now I'm feeling naseous from all the dust I inahled. I'm trying to eat lunch, but everything tastes wrong. I suppose it's for a greater good, though, right?

I'm also having a hell of a time with this new ergonomic keyboard. I've been told that it eventually gets more comfortable, but I'm a self-taught touch-typer, and I never realized how wrong my fingering was! I'm slooooowly getting better. I think.

I am self taught as well, but I love the ergonomic keyboards. My hands feel all twisted when I use a straight board now. It did take some time to acclimate to it.

I have an ergo keyboard and a left handed trackball mouse at work, and a straight keyboard with a right handed laser mouse at home. After my carpal tunnel surgery my doc suggested having different set-ups to vary my hand positioning. I rarely have a problem adapting.

The status is NOT quo.

In celebration of Trogdor's 3rd birthday (homestarrunner.com), I present to you the original Trogdor cartoon and his 3-year birthday montage.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Pixar has already exerted it's influence at Disney. The Disney-only "Toy Story 3" has been axed. Many at Pixar had thought it was a bad idea, and since Disney owned the copyright, they decided to do it themselves.

Yeah, right. Because that worked so well for the final season of Gargoyles...
