Don't worry, we're sure to spot Faith first. She's like this cleavagy slut-bomb walking around 'Ooh, check me out, I'm wicked-cool, I'm five-by-five.'

Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

that's wonderful!

Thanks! We're all pretty happy about it. Nothing's written in blood yet, but things are looking better than they have for quite a while.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I had a thought last night after watching a season 1 ep of House last night: In a few years when Dawn Summers is done with medical school, she should do her internship there. She should at least once in a while snark right back at House quite successfully, and otherwise she can take anything he could dish out. I mean, she's had years of dealing with Giles, and demons of all sorts.

Hee. Cameron would learn about Joyce's death and attempt to bond over tragic losses. And Dawn would roll her eyes forever and then track down House for another snark-fest.

Ooooooh. Dawn/Chase! That would be pretty.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I keep having little blippy moments of cerebral weirdness that aren't quite headaches, just brief pulses of extreme lightheadedness or stunnedness (vaguely like a very mild electric shock, only not -- not painful at all, just...uh, weird)

Have you gone off an Anti-depressant lately? This is exactly what happens to me as "withdrawal" from Celexa.

I'm getting the pig!

Jon, I'm very sorry for your loss. Much peace to you and yours.

Glad to hear the date went well, Beej. And another date already on the schedule, even. Go you!

I just learned that we might not all be losing our jobs at my office this year.

Calli, chiming in with my pre-emptive yay! A little ray of hope is never a bad thing and I hope everything works out for the best.

Ellie slept for 7 hours in a row last night! (Of course, it was 8-3, but I don't care.)

Nice! Now to just work on her timing...

Sorry to hear about your dad Jon.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Have you gone off an Anti-depressant lately?

H'rm. I have been much more forgetful than usual about taking my Zoloft -- I'm not stupid enough to go off it, but over the last couple of weeks I have forgotten about as many times as I've remembered (and I'll tend to skip a day altogether if I don't remember until lunchtime because the one side effect it has for me is insomnia if taken at noon or later). I have an old-lady Pills of the Day plastic pillbox that I'd set aside a few months ago because I seemed to be more on top of things. It's probably time to pull it out again.

Thanks so much! (and yay on getting the package finally! Is it stuff you can use?)

Hey. New board.

That seems...unfortunate, Gris...

(shrug) It can be. Usually doesn't matter much. Really, I think she's just secretly shy which prevents her from being willing to give people chances. At first.

Also, who's actually going to write that Buffy/House crossover? Cuz it reads good to me.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Someday, when I have time to do the research, I've got one in the works. Not so much Dawnie, though.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart
