I don't think it was bad to Google the guy. I mean, it's a good way to weed out any dangerous stuff, but if it's just that his sense of humor isn't showing on the web, don't sweat it. I'm sure not everyone gets my sense of humor over the web,either... Have a good date!

These are on sale until tomorrow, and will fill a niche in my shoe collection that is currently unfilled. I'm not 100% sold on the little ring design on the top, but it might look better on. And Zappos has a good return policy, right?

What people could find out about me online doesn't really match up to who I really am. Even here? If you just lurk and only read my posts, it's still not me. What you could find Googling me is much, much less.

Also, date-ma to Beej (when you said he was a Whedon fan and someone else said that maybe he just has a very low-key, dry sense of humor, I immediately thought,
Omigod, she has a date with Oz!)
and lots of eyerolling in the direction of brenda's craxy boss and Katie Bee's asshat bossmonster.
I keep having little blippy moments of cerebral weirdness that aren't quite headaches, just brief pulses of extreme lightheadedness or stunnedness (vaguely like a very mild electric shock, only not -- not painful at all, just...uh, weird), and am divided between worrying that I have a brain tumor and worrying that I'm a mad hypochondriac who worries about nothing. It's getting irksome. Really, I like my head much better when it's not doing anything to attract my attention.
Lastly, I am utterly ass-ignorant as to that particular artist, but even with the ignorant pulsy brain I can tell that the new Spider-Man costume is sucktastic. And what's with the ass-talon and the rubber ankle?

Pluses -- I need a haircut, badly, and I have no money.
