Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I can't... it's too stupid to be this upset about. I can't even write it down.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I'm kind of confuzzled by the whole p0rn thing. I mean, if the US adminstration cracks down on internet p0rn, what's to stop the distributors from just buying server space in the Cayman Islands or where ever and going on their merry way?

It doesn't have to be legally effective to be effective at making people think "boy they're tough! they're really doing something!"

AND they get to violate peoples privacy in the name of protecting us. SO much fun so spy on the citizenry but you have to do it all gradual-like so they'll accept it.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Kids in daycare get all the viruses in their first year in daycare; kids who stay home with just the family get all the viruses in their first year in either play-group or school.

That was my experience with Emmett. He was sick about once a month that first year.

Teppy, I don't know if JZ is around but she was calling you a cow-eyed pompous nosy bitch wasn't offended at all by your offering yesterday. You are dead to her. Don't sweat it.

Nora, you have my leave to go stab somebody with a pushpin until you feel better.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Hec, do you and JZ ever get over to Berkeley? The kids and I were on Telegraph yesterday and wondered into a vintage shop that had me thinking of her.

Of course, I don't remember the name of the joint, but they did sell neon green wigs along with the nice assortment of vintage clothes.

Our wings are not tired.

I don't think we went through the cold a month thing. The boys went to work with me from about a week old so they had the germ exposure right away. We were in a retail store and countless people handled them. Their doctor said it wasn't going to hurt them.

I'm sorry Nora. It's not stupid if it's upsetting you. I find it is usually the stupid stuff that does set us off.

Oh, I don't know, in this case. But thank you.

Was it here people were talking about wanting yogurt that wasn't overly sweet but didn't have artificial sweetener, either? Stonyfield Farm has one now: [link]
