Saffron: But we've been wed. Aren't we to become one flesh? Mal: Well, no, uh... We're still two fleshes here, and I think that your flesh ought to sleep somewhere else.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Now tagless for your comfort.

You're due right near Valentine's Day, right?

Yup--the 11th. But we'll see if I make it that far.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Yup--the 11th. But we'll see if I make it that far.

So you could pretty much go into labor at anytime now? I can't wait to see new baby pictures posted.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

You're due right near Valentine's Day, right?

My first GF was born on the day before Valentine's day. She was pretty and smart and talented, but also a difficult Art Girl. So maybe somewhere between the 9th and 11th would be good.

Hec, my digital's batteries are dead, and we are out of AA's, so no pics of the new do.

I am really liking the color. K-Bug says it has copper highlights in the sun. I like the short...makes me happy.

That's bizarre to think about, but, yeah. I remember posting with Owen how I thought, "mmm...wonder if I'm in labor?" That's so buffista, a labor & post.

Go 9th, Cash!baby, choose 9th!!

It could happen!

She was pretty and smart and talented, but also a difficult Art Girl.

I was a difficult Art Girl, too. I'm afraid, believe me. I'm afraid.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Seems to be something about the 13th. My ex-fiance was a frustrated writer. Also, a tad gender confused. It made life very interesting.

The status is NOT quo.

Cash, I still think the 12th would be best...

What? ETA: My best friend was born on the 13th. She rocks.

sj, I'm so sorry about the crazy family.

Go Nicole and your craxy quitting-smoking self!

I had to deal with more wanna-get-divorced can't-get-divorced shit today, and it made me sad and cranky. D. is getting past the denial and hitting the petty lashing out stage, and it's really not fun. Sigh.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Have finally caught up on Lost and My Name is Earl. hooray! The brunch was a success, and our house is clean, for now. chili is on the stovetop for tomorrow's dinner, and I steeled myself for returning to work by applying for a couple jobs online.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I'm making a batch of Pillsbury Fudge Supreme Extra Rich And Fudgy "Chocolate Extreme" brownies for Andi's birthday. I also have a can of Betty Crocker Triple Chocolate Fudge Chip frosting sitting on the counter, in case she wants more chocolate. She gets home from work in a couple of hours.

On the other hand, I'm also cutting up old tube socks to be used on my Swiffer.
