Wesley: Illyria can be...difficult. Testing her might be hard without getting someone seriously hurt. Angel: We'll make Spike do it. Wesley: Good.

Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

I like that plan, Jess.

Trust my rage

I got the BOB Ironman (but for one baby) for Christmas. I can't say enough great things about it. It works great for running and walking and has about a million cool features.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Yes, but eating will be much more difficult, as raw fish are generally unavailable drivethrough.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I recommend splicing dolphin DNA into your genome so you can take microsleeps during the day.

Have you been reading the SciFi Channel's list of upcoming movies? (Or is this one I missed?)

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Dolphman couldn't be evil, though. He'd need a nemesis.

Did the Hammerhead guy die?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Have you been reading the SciFi Channel's list of upcoming movies?

Mandolphin! (Wasn't that a South Park ep?)

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Wasn't that a South Park ep?

It might have been the news.

Punishingly Intricate

Thanks, Stephanie. I'll let my friend know. She's kind of freaking out right now because there is no place around here that carries them and she really wants to test drive. I mean, they're not cheap! and a bad one would have the potential to make her life even more difficult than it is going to be.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I have no idea what I did to cause this, but my back hurts so badly today that I'm almost in tears. Ibuprofen did nothing to calm it down.

(As always, I need to emphasize that this is NOT the same type of nerve-being-compressed horrible searing pain that I had before my surgery. This is just the muscles in my lower back deciding to get all clenchy and NOT LET GO. There is literally no position -- sitting, standing, lying down -- that's comfortable, so I figured I might as well come in to work.)

I need flexiril and a very large beer. Sadly, I only have the beer (at home), no drugs.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I find aspirin a lot more effective on that type of pain than ibuprofen. Maybe worth a try?
