It's warm here today but we're supposed to have snow tomorrow.
'Dirty Girls'
Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Man. Tickets for Wicked went on sale today.
Totally sold out. (People who have season tickets for the whole series of Broadway shows were able to buy tickets for Wicked a while ago. Damn them.)
Oh, Steph! That's a huge bummer. I'm sorry!

Bastards!
I'm going to check back periodically between now and the performance dates (early March), b/c blocks of tickets are often released, for whatever reason.
Also, I'm wearing these stockings today: [link] , and they look great, but they don't want to stay up, despite the claims of "laces up the back for the perfect fit."
Fortunately, I have Fashion Tape to hold them up.
Whereupon I have an offer to start hosting or working door at Centerfolds, just up Broadway (yes, that's a strip club). I fucking love this nabe.
you should totally do this.

No sugar in the work kitchen.
That is grounds enough for me to go home. Right???
Gronk and a half. Been up for an hour, most of it needing a do-over.
I tossed some clothes into the dryer and about a half hour later, as I was starting the next load, I realized I hadn't actually washed them. I had left them on the soaking cycle, not wash. Whoops.
Now I have coffee and am "re-washing" laundry. So I'm going to pretend I just woke up.
Oregon is near the top of my "I want to go there" list. I'm not even sure why. I don't know much about it. I don't know anyone there. It's just a place-name I hear and think, "Someday." Good for you for taking the plunge.See, and now you will... And one of the requirements for my new place is a lovely guest room for all of the visitors I invite.
Portland! Must visit!vw, you are definitely invited up. Or is it just across? Either way, come to Portland!
Everyone should come visit me!
Portland's on my potential move-to list, too. Have you found the local indy weekly, "Willamette Week"?I have now. I knew there must be a good weekly but I hadn't found it yet. Thanks!
When Bec was coming up the stairs, my nephew (then 4) said "She looks like a princess!" She really did. And now she's everything I saw in her the day we met but that she could never believe in for herself. I feel privileged.t toasting billytea, and Bec as well I am glad you have such lovely memories and continue to see the good in each other.
