May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

A leeetle farther than to here but with less potential traffic issues. However, Ashland OR is about five for each of us...

Oooh

My uncle lives about five miles from there and he's not only fabulous and wonderful but also gracious to guests being all priestly and such.

Does that mean I can bring my cassock with me?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Does that mean I can bring my cassock with me?
Sure. Did you want to play dress up? Now I need to Google Ashland to show you how amazing it is there.
You so need to get that kid an acoustic guitar.
Screw that. I'm hoping she gets a girlfriend. She's not gay but everyone experiments at school, right? And her parents would have meltdowns. Big ones.
59 of 62 done. The next time I post here, it will be to crow in triumph and then collapse into a brainless heap.
Yay! You will deserve the collapse and sleep that follows.
I'm so glad that you're making this positive change for yourself.
Thank you. I did the big scary blind move once before -- to Tempe when I was college-aged and it was the best decision I could have made -- but this seems a little scarier what with the life experience and time that has gone by already. I think it is for the best though.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

And your ... um ... restraint?

Oh, I keep that in the basement.

Restrained, I assume.

Sleep now... Tell us about it later.

Damn, I wish I could take my own advice and sleep now.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

You people should go to sleep.

Cass, I applaud your Portland moving plans. I'd go there if I were footloose and fancy free. I would've gone to New Orleans but it's all gone now. Has everybody seen the plans for reconstruction? It's slated to be a quarter of its previous population - in short, black neighborhoods like the Ninth Ward will not be rebuilt. All that will be left will be Disney New Orleans. Feh.

Back from Dark Sparkle where people were beautiful and danced well and had cool retro/goth/glam styles working for them. And, of course, we were also adding to the general store of beautitude.

We walked Juliana home and watched one beefy guy on the street hug her ("I did tequila shots with him last night" she explained) and then heard her serenaded from the bar across the street: "Ju-LI-ahhhh-na, Ju-LI-Ahhhhh-na!").

"How long have you been here, again?" we asked
"Three weeks."

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Juliana and SF are my new OTP.

Mine too! They are obviously perfect for each other.

Thanks. What appeals to you (iffen you were the afore mentioned footloose and fancyfree) about the city? Now that I am telling people about my moving plans, I am greedy to hear other's take on it.

Oh, and important things taken into consideration, there are four Trader Joe's in the city. And there is a huge farmer's market there. A girl has to have her standards after all.
