Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

CJ woke up early this morning and decided to entertain himself with some dice. The noise woke me up and now I'm WIDE AWAKE, while he has been sent back to bed.

No fair.

vw might be the most amazing person and friend EVAH!

I don't know about that, but I do really think it was the right thing to offer/do. And, I'm DYING to give J her Christmas present. I picked out about 10 fun ornaments yesterday at The Paper Store so she can start her own collection. I hope she likes them. Oh, and J's coming to Christmas Eve with my family, and mom's gonna make her some snowflake ornaments (she's been making them as gifts this year, and they are just gorgeous).

Poor non-sleepy folks! {{{{}}}} all around.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I am watching a show on dogs that is really cute and stressing out the puppycat when there is barking.

Well, if the little bitch won't snuggle she sorta has it coming.

Now tagless for your comfort.

skipped completely, since Christopher is only giving me a half hour on the computer (provided I put my feet up).

Everyone's OK. I had an ultrasound (placenta is up high where it should be) and the hour and a half of monitoring the baby showed no problems--good heartbeat and lots of movement. Just pregnancy weirdness, I think. I'm on modified bedrest for the rest of the weekend and am going back into the doctor on Monday, first thing.

Bedrest is boring. Christopher had to take the remote control away from me to prevent me from watching at Meet the Press this morning.

Thanks, everyone for your thoughts and prayers. I think the bean should stay planted until she's due to come out. I'm handing over pretty much everything to Christopher and I've got a sitter for Owen coming in during the day next week.

Oh, Cashmere, it's wonderful to *see* you! Glad to hear that everything's ok. You take care of yourself and that little one. And you'll continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.

Mwah!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Hey Cash! Can we send you something to keep the boredom at bay? Is there a graphic novel you want to read or a show you'd like to watch that you don't have?

Plant those roots little bean!
