I need some fashion advice. I am thinking about getting/making a full circle skirt and wearing a petticoat under it. I want to make the skirt a few inches shorter than the petticoat in order to see the pretty ruffles. But, I don't know if that fullness would look good on me. I'm short and wide and have no waist at all. My bust/waist/hip measurements are all within 5-6 inches. Would it work or look completely huge on me?
Ok, credit reporting agencies have been called and I've emailed my bank because I couldn't figure out what else to do. They are good about getting back to me though.

I am a snuffly girl. Snuffly will hopefully not transmogrify into sick—which describes the vast majority of the faculty and student body at my school right now. The alien death flu has pretty much floored the place. I got a flu shot a few months ago and am praying that whatever strain is destroying everyone was in that shot.
