If someone had a 20 year old felony conviction from Australia (drug smuggling), to which government agency would they inquire about applying for a pardon to expunge said conviction from their record?

I think if you wear black on top it will all pull together nicely, but if you wear more of a beige or taupe top, the dark hose and shoes might be too much.
