Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I do too Brenda. I wish I'd thought of being that creative with the babies. Their sheets are all yellow flannel and their blankets are fleece.

Here's one with pirates and castles. It's very colorful. [link]

edit: Thinking of fleece, here's an e-bay auction for 2 yards of jolly roger fleece (red skull/black background). I usually make a plenty big enough for baby blanket with a yard and a half.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Grrrrrrr.

I spoke with the dental office and they are all apologies, but gosh, even though I asked them to check on the insurance before hand, they are only there is assist me, it is still my responsibility. Or her father's. Ummm, hello - if dad was responsible, I wouldn't have the kid.

They are willing to take $50 a month and wave the interest. Which, I guess is reasonable. But still...that will take over 2 years to pay off.

It is so frustrating because I love this dentist and they did do good work on C and deserve to be paid for said work.

I may call her lawyer and ask if there is anything else I can do. I just hate having this be about money.

Deena, could you hop on AIM for a minute?

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I'm sorry about the insurance snafus, MG.

But yay to vw on getting her insurance issues worked out!

I read a thing in the NY Times today about insurance basically making dealing with the major complications of diabetes (limb amputation and the like) more cost effective for hospitals than working on preventative measures. [link]

The whole thing makes me want to kick someone, but I'm not quite sure who.

What is even happening?

Someone with two legs. Asshats.

My mother (who is generally uber-ethical, and has made me into a near-neurotic about getting even 5 cents too much back in change) is fond of saying, "If you can take money from an insurance company, it is not stealing."

After bending over (and over and over) for our car insurance company, I can't say she's wrong.
