vw, that is definitely a wonderful first kiss story. My first kiss wasn't anywhere near that romantic; in fact, I think I'm a little embarrassed to say I can't even remember my first kiss anymore. How sad.

Mmm...I think mine was some 7th grade gropester who kissed like a labrador retriever. I didn't get properly kissed until I was in high school.
Just got back from meeting the nice lady Owen will be spending one or two days a week with. She's very cute and her family is nice. Comfy little house with fenced yard, she has three older kids and only has two other kids besides Owen (one toddler, one infant). I think this will work out for a bit of a respite for me until after the new baby gets here.

Well, now that I think about it, there was a young man named Larry that I went steady with in 7th grade. I remember sitting in a Model T that was stored in his parents barn trading little kisses with him. Not even open mouth, much less tongue, but we felt very daring. There was a lot of giggling and the giving of an ID bracelet that I'm sure I annoyed everyone in my classes with by constantly clanking it against the desktops. I'm very happy to report I was totally safe from any form of slobber while we dated.

Well, I'll be paying the nice lady for her time, of course. It makes me swallow my own tongue to think of what I'd pay for TWO kids. At my old salary, I'd literally be working to pay the sitter--and I didn't make bad money for an admin assistant in the midwest.

Same here. I know who it was, but I don't remember any details. It was not as lovely and memorable as vw's.
I'm glad to hear you will get a bit of a break Cashmere. I had Brendon spend a lot of time with his grandmother just prior to having Bobby to get him used to being away from me. I felt that if I had to stay in the hospital longer than 24 hours that Brendon needed to be used to stay overs and not have it be a shock. eta: I ended up being released prior to 24 hours, but I wanted to be prepared.
