Whoa - earthquake! Jeebus.
That was the first news I saw this morning. Good to hear that all are safe. Earth literally moving under feet not good.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Raq, I'm so glad you posted!
Cass, every one else said it better. You're loved. I'm sorry for your loss.
Juliana, your new digs sound perfect. I hope SF is good to you.
Ah! Missed Karl! happy to see the posts, though.
"GREEN! YEWO!"
I LOVE that stage. It's so cute! Owen is like the perfect edible baby. I can see his little face while he yells.
Mal may be giving Owen a run for the money in the edible department. I shall have to see Mal in person to determine for sure. No more earthquakes!
Stephanie, good luck to you! I hope PR is a nice, peaceful rest for you guys.
Andi, glad to hear the tonsils are better.
{{vw}} just because.
Anne, I have some yarn I may never use properly, that Kara recently discovered and has been snipping bits off of for cat toys. Would you like it?
That was pretty scattershot. I'm a little frazzly.
Last night at dinner, Kara: "Oh Nick, I love you so much. I love you more than [I love] mom!"
Today's Kara: "Mommy, you know what your biggest job as a mommy is?"
Me: "What?"
Kara: "To love me more than anything!"
Pffft.
DEENA!
VW!
I've been absentee a bit, haven't I?
You've been sick, poor thing.
I want to run away today. Aidan's mad at me because I didn't read his mind properly and Kara has decided that today is argue with mommy day. "Why is Aidan crying?" "Because he's mad at me." "No, I think it's because..." AAAGH!
Come have lunch with me and my parents.
Funny old world - the USGS site had the quake info up in about 20 minutes. My homepage news headlines had the story immediately. And it still hasn't made the Greek news (because someone would have to come in on a Sunday, and even on weekdays the news only gets updated once a day).
That was one of the queasier-making quakes I've been through. Or I'm just getting old; for the Whittier quake I was all "Cool! It's an earthquake!"
Deena, maybe you should assign Kara the job of reading Aidan's mind.
Andi, glad you feel better.
DCJ, thanks for the link to the computer game for couples. That might be a funny Valentine's Day present.
{{{Cass}}} - just because I think you might need more punctuation today.
And a silly picture of me and Mal in Germany: [link] (I only have about half that much hair now).
I'm in wanting mode today. And, one of my wants is this apartment: [link]
