[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Or a bearskin rug.
That would just be inviting trouble. Though the cats might like to hiss at it. Or pretend they killed it.
When Sammie was a kitten, she was afeared of my bear-shaped stuffed animals. She love, love, loved my very german shepherd (ok, maybe it was only cocker spaniel) sized stuffed tiger, and would happily play with its paws and tail. One of the times when she'd got her shots as an adult cat, she spent the rest of the day feeling a bit under the weather, and she curled up next to it in the bedroom and slept all day. I believe she is all into the face-pattern recognision.
Harvey, on the other hand, has never shown any interest in stuffed animals other than mouse-shaped for attacking and nibbling on. My leopard-print fuzzy slippers, though, he would slap good and hard to make sure they were dead.
Greetings from the basement.
In the 'good news' category, the local tornado sirens are not only loud enough for me to hear from my house but loud enough to wake me from a sound sleep.
Tornado warning should expire soon. Then all I have to worry about is sideways rain.
Glad juliana made it safe and sound and has already had brunch with the locals. Sounds lovely.
Anne! Stay safe!
Storm is over and it is now sunny and sixty degrees. It's suppose to fall into the forties by afternoon, though. Weird.
Oddly enough, what pinged my sense of danger more than the sirens was the fact that the cat was flipping out.
Freaky. I just had a dream about some people (I didn't know who they were) who had to take shelter from tornados. There were actual tornados, but the people were not directly affected.
I glad you're safe, Anne. I was woken up by my weather radio, but it was warning me about flash floods. It's very wet here.
was the fact that the cat was flipping out.
Oh, yeah. They can sense stuff.
when he was a starving backgammon hustler.
Man, there was a time that this was my dream in life.
