Spike's Bitches 28: For the Safety of Puppies...and Christmas!

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Owen is adorable, but yeah, soooooo grown up. Have a baby, Cash.

The Cindyloos (I promise to never use this term again) are allergic to Christmas? Bad tree.

The cute overload site just made me laugh. And sneeze. What's up with that?

you've got FOUR helpless baby animals, many of whom will gladly kill each other once grown
Hee!

I woke up with a raging "hangover" from two beers and way too much crying. Took headache stuff, a vitamin and just drank about a gallon (okay, quart) of water. Insta-fix. Now I am going to try and get a little more sleep.

Deena, I hope the sprog (well Kara now and Aidan preemptively) feel better soon. Good doctor. Cookie!

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Muskrats in the beaver hole! Muskrats paying rent!

I love this bit.

What is even happening?

Yep. I'm tempted to try another real tree, but this summer, Scott's chronic, summertime (it strikes on July 4th, or thereabouts, every year) chest rash was finally correctly diagnosed as an allergy to pine, so what's the use? I don't mind the "Cindyloos" either. I can't remember not being called either "Cindy Lou" by people who came of age in the 50s, or some variation of "Cindy Lou Who" by my own peers.

No, we have a fake tree. And yes, something stomachy with Kara. And the doctor's office just called, 25 minutes before they open, to tell us to come on in. I love our doctor. Thanks, Cindy, it's nice to be hand-held now and again.

Your doctor rocks! Hey Deena, did you see upstream (it might have been before you woke, and I understand the skip and skim), I've just recently run across both a "raptorgirl" and a "Lillybean" on LJ? Freaky.

Now there are porcupines nibbling in the prickly bush! So much better than those bloody lions.

It was this. And good to know it's not a cringe-y term.

The Discovery thing on The Ice World is all romantic subterfuge and drama, like a very cold soap opera. Just the thing to send me off to interesting dreams.
