"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

"With...as..." means that actor gets more money than his/her costars.

I'd heard that rumored, but I'd never gotten confirmation. Wow, Stargate's got two "with"s.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I'm utterly charmed by the IDEA of it. I've never seen the show itself.

It's on...the Discovery Channel, or something, right around the time I get home from work.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My understanding "with" "and" "also" -- don't always mean more money, but they are worth something -- they may indicate someone's very special and being paid a lot, or they might mean they have an agent who's only managed to make their client look important, but never managed the moolah. I think that's what Colin said.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

What's Cash Cab?

Doug Savant is married to Laura Leighton? For reals? That's unbearably cute! They're totally the cheesy nighttime soap version of Aly and Alexis!

Right?? I like the rest of what you said, too.

they may indicate someone's very special and being paid a lot, or they might mean they have an agent who's only managed to make their client look important, but never managed the moolah.

Ooh, like when I've gotten a new title with no more money.

It's a game show where the cab that picks you up is driven by this guy who asks you questions. Get them right, and they give you cash.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.
