I swear, MK learned how to trot to make noise.

Devi's very very skittish, but she does that squinty nuzzle thing. MK is just a big, in-your-face slut. He's totally like Clio when I'm trying to do something.

Clio is a big slut too. She has to make everyone who visits love her.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Cross posted a few places: I had to leave my computer in the shop for repairs, so I won't have any internet access at home for about a week. If you need to get in touch with me this weekend, try my cell phone.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I'm awash in dog and cat hair. It's irritating. I took the dogs to get a bath today at the owner-washes place today. Kuma didn't freak. But it still wasn't fun.

Wood floors, Kat. Really. At least you see the dust rhinos.

I sometimes think that anyone who could invent a portable cat/dog vacuum that would work on any creature would be a kajillionaire.

For the record: cats ignore high beam green lasers. Dad has an army laser pointer of the illegal kind, and the cats don't buy it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

"People don't appreciate the substance of things. Objects in space. People miss out on what's solid."

That's a great line to turn your TV on to.

I had my first biofeedback session today. It's hard. And I'm really twitchy. I'm good at increasing my blood flow, easily made tense, and my muscles twitch vibrato.

And I just erased the effects of the session with one animated phone call. But in theory, I can calm myself down again. Hard to do without the sensor readouts for reference, even though they kinda made me tense.

NO! The pressure of having to perform on command is supposed to make them stop!
