Woe to the fucking wicked.

I have TJ's Ginger Beer in my fridge. I'm saving it for a reward when I've accomplished something.

I thought mint tea was supposed to be invigorating?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Is it? It's failing at that too.

Also, I have no desire to fondle it, the way I would a diet coke can, but maybe that's just me.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Try chamomile, Perkins.

I'm not sure we have any. I should go look.

Really. Gone now.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Perkins, I stopped caffeine/Diet Crack Coke about a month ago and it was a breeze after the first three days. Drink lots of water and expect to feel waves of exhaustion and possibly a loss of interest in Life as We Know It. Once that goes away, it's easy-peasy... and you really will feel better.

Good to know, Robin. I have made no plans at all for the weekend after tonight, so I have plenty of time to recover.
