Well, they're trying to figure something out. The woman who did the charge was just incredibly inept - I had a bad feeling about the whole thing even before all the bank craziness happened.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I love my cable modem connection, but I just feel like I'm getting reemed on the cost between in and my cable TV. And then accidently charging me an extra $2500 and then saying "Sorry, but we have no record of that" would just send me into a tizzy.

I need to call Comcast and explain to them that it's not OK to charge me twice for one month's service, just because the primary name on the account changed. But in the meantime, I'm on hold with TracFone to try to switch my phone number and service from my crappy old phone to the new one. bleh. It seems so strange to me that there was once a time when you could fix things like this by actually going to an office somewhere and just talking to a live person.

ETA: I have never ever been able to drink diet anything. I can almost smell the aftertaste- which is odd for a smoker.
