And don't you ever stand for that sort of thing. Someone ever tries to kill you, you try to kill 'em right back! ... You got the right same as anyone to live and try to kill people.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Jay totally would have won the BR challenge if the dress had been easier to make.

Although, they only made 200 of the Wendy Pepper dress.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'll have to check those out, Gud.

And I need to remind myself to scan iTunes store for some Lou Rawls when I get home.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

By this point, IIRC, Jay had created that brilliant Banana Republic Art Deco dress

I think this design was the best PR ever had; Santino's dress this week was an ill-proportioned imitation.

Wendy's BR dress was stupid, I thought (who the fuck would wear that cape), but I thought she did redeem herself with the Nancy O'Dell dress.

Coding and Sleeping

I think the Berkeley guys are kinda annoying until they get to their guests, but the guests are often pretty good.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

That Nancy O'Dell dress was very much like a babydoll negligee, IMO. The color was nice, but the rest of it--bleah.

ION, the NYT has an interesting article on cat evolution, complete with adorable kitty pic.

Art Crawl!!!

I wish that they had a family chart with that article. I love "frugal displays of affection" -- although that doesn't really describe my Ivan.

With each migration, evolutionary forces morphed the pantherlike patriarch of all cats into a rainbow of species, from ocelots and lynxes to leopards, lions and the lineage that led to the most successful cat of all, even though it has mostly forsaken its predatory heritage: the cat that has induced people to pay for its board and lodging in return for frugal displays of affection.

(Bold mine)

Is the PR finale during fashion week or after?

Yes! You are all pawns to the frontline of the feline domination assault forces.
